As a pivotal member of Phoenix’s design team, you will lead the next generation of our design system for both the Phoenix and Raven brands.
Your role requires a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to develop visually stunning and functional interfaces. Collaborate closely with engineering and UX teams to craft user-centered designs that resonate with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling user interfaces for Phoenix’s products
• Define core principles for exceptional digital experiences
• Oversee the design system for structure and scalability
• Document micro-interactions with motion design collaboration
• Engage with engineers to fulfill design intentions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in UI/UX design
• Proven portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
• Proficient in Figma, especially shared libraries
• Familiar with AI in design processes
• Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail
