Architectural Project Manager

Lead dynamic projects at MG2 as an Architectural Project Manager in Toronto, ON. Oversee all project phases from design to construction while managing schedules, budgets, and quality.

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager. In this role, you'll guide project teams to ensure deliverables align with client contracts, while developing essential project charters and ensuring thorough quality control. Your leadership will be crucial across all phases including contract management, permitting, and overall execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams through project phases, aligning deliverables with contracts

• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules

• Develop comprehensive Project Charters with QA/QC plans

• Monitor project financial health and review consultant billing

• Produce project updates and lead stakeholder meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field

• 8+ years of experience in architecture or design

• Preferred professional licensing

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration software

• Strong communication skills in English
