Key Responsibilities:

• Direct product design strategy and innovation initiatives

• Create and maintain a cohesive design identity for Tayco

• Lead NPD from initial concept through commercialization

• Analyze market trends and competitor products thoroughly

• Foster a high-performance culture within the design team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or similar

• Minimum 10 years of product/industrial design experience

• Familiarity with SAAS environments is an asset

• Deep knowledge of materials, ergonomics, and construction

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
