ACCIONA is looking for a highly skilled individual to manage architectural construction activities for a prestigious transit project. With over ten years of experience, you will lead the coordination of finishes, verify quality, and oversee compliance with architectural designs. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for managing teams and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural finishes, including flooring and ceilings

• Ensure design specifications and quality control are met

• Coordinate architectural interfaces for project integration

• Oversee inspections and mock-ups of materials

• Assist in preparing budgets and evaluating contractor proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

• 10+ years managing architectural construction projects

• Familiarity with Canadian building codes and safety standards

• Strong project management skills in resources and scheduling

• Preferred:
Professional Engineer or Architect designation
