Position: BIM Coordinator for Retail Projects
Enhance project success as a BIM Coordinator collaborating with design teams s flexible role focuses on construction method understanding and BIM execution to deliver accurate models.

In this position, you will work closely with project teams and the Design Technology team. Your responsibilities will include developing models, managing libraries, and overseeing clash detection processes. You will ensure that all Design Technology and BIM standards are effectively met across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison between design teams and discipline leads

• Implement design technology processes and standards

• Perform and track clash resolution for all projects

• Conduct data checks for model integrity and issues

• Manage and troubleshoot models and BIM Collaborate Pro files

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of BIM modelling and coordination experience

• Proficient in Revit for architectural design

• Knowledge of BIM processes and building components

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Architecture

• Any BIM certifications are a plus
