Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to enhance legal tech experiences across Canada and the US. This role focuses on practice area customization and requires expertise in user experience design. As a Staff Product Designer at Clio, you will lead the strategy for designing customized legal experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to set design strategies and success metrics
- Translate complex workflows into cohesive design experiences
- Drive end-to-end design from prototyping to execution
- Shape vision through compelling storytelling and methodical collaboration
- Mentor fellow designers to elevate overall design quality
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Expertise in cross-team initiatives and delivering cohesive solutions
- Proven record of improving product metrics through design
- Mastery of UX principles and advanced design tools
- Robust facilitation and mentoring skills
