Tayco seeks an ambitious Director of Product Design to spearhead design vision and market-leading innovations. This senior leadership role is focused on enhancing product strategy, aligning with manufacturing capabilities, and evolving workplace trends. Collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams, you will drive creation and commercialization of exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product design strategy and innovation roadmap

• Ensure products align with market positioning and brand standards

• Champion design for functionality, sustainability, and user experience

• Direct all new product development from concept to launch

• Monitor design trends, competitor products, and market insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Furniture/Product Design or related

• 10+ years in product design, 5+ in leadership

• Experience in office furniture manufacturing

• Proficiency in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Adobe tools

• Strong understanding of ergonomics and materials
