Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate innovative design concepts

• Execute comprehensive contract documents and floor plans

• Research and select sustainable materials for projects

• Conduct space planning analysis and area calculations

• Support team through open communication and reviews

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of interior design experience

• Proficient in advanced production software

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• LEED accreditation or equivalent within 18 months

• Familiarity with construction contract administration
