Lead Transportation Architect in GTA

As a Senior Architect, you will guide the architectural design process and manage a skilled team in the GTA. Your expertise will ensure high-quality project outcomes that comply with BIM standards, while fostering collaboration among multiple disciplines. You will also be involved in client communications and financial management to deliver projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design solutions and create construction drawings

• Manage architectural team and coordinate multidisciplinary projects

• Conduct internal reviews for BIM compliance on models and drawings

• Research and incorporate materials, products, and technologies

• Oversee consultants and facilitate client communication

Requirements:

• Registered architect in Ontario or eligible for registration

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365

• Experience with Indigenous communities considered an asset

• Familiarity with provincial and national standards
