Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resource utilization for client solutions
• Track budgets and initiate corrective measures as needed
• Mentor Studio members to enhance their growth
• Interface with senior management on strategic projects
• Promote marketing initiatives and evaluate project submissions
Requirements:
• 18+ years in architectural disciplines
• Licensed Architect or equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects
• Skilled in building executive-level business relationships
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across locations
