Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a team of 5+ design professionals

• Propel cohesive transformations for the digital buying experience

• Determine and analyze design outcomes across key metrics

• Manage the full lifecycle of design projects from discovery to delivery

• Uplift design standards in UX, UI, and content areas

Requirements:

• 8+ years of dedicated experience in UX, UI, or Product Design

• At least 3 years in a management capacity within design

• Established success in transforming buying interactions

• Strong facilitation and communication abilities

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe CC, and AI design tools
