Architecture
49 is seeking a Contract Administrator with 7+ years of experience focusing on construction phases. Applicants should have strong technical knowledge, Ontario codes familiarity, and the ability to communicate in French. This role demands collaboration and quality checks on innovative transportation and entertainment venues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits and oversee site activities
• Assist in project reporting and documentation
• Review shop drawings and respond to contractor inquiries
• Ensure constructability and quality control on designs
• Collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of contract administration experience
• Strong understanding of Ontario construction practices
• Credentials from a construction contract course preferred
• Knowledge of BIM, REVIT, and AutoCAD software
• French communication skills are an asset
