Position: Staff Product Designer for AI Search
Drive AI design innovation with Clio as a Staff Product Designer. This role focuses on creating seamless AI search experiences while collaborating across teams in Canada and the US.

Clio is on the lookout for a Staff Product Designer to elevate its Product Design team. You'll own the entire experience design for AI Search, including prototyping and execution. This position requires expertise in designing AI products, understanding user workflows, and creating scalable design patterns while mentoring other designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end AI Search experience design

• Define models and patterns for AI experiences

• Build customer intuition and systems understanding

• Shape long-term vision and storytelling for projects

• Drive cohesive and accessible design across teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Product Design experience

• Expertise in AI product design and development

• Proven ability in establishing scalable design principles

• Experience with cross-functional AI/ML collaborations

• Strong mastery of UX craft and systems thinking
