  • Oversee the creation of preliminary feasibility and seating plans for portfolio optimization in order to identify and implement the most effective solutions.
  • Lead interior design assignments for pre‑design, programming, schematic design and provide recommendations on facilities design to ensure that implementations align with OLG’s brand strategy.
  • Ensure that space assigned to Business Partners meets their immediate needs and work styles in order to facilitate an optimal workspace.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gain understanding of specific client needs and translate them into real estate and accommodation solutions to facilitate a high‑functionality workspace.
  • Manage the development and implementation of space analysis, area allocations and general area calculations for incoming or moving staff, or operational projects to facilitate a streamlined space transition process.
