Position: Manager of Design Projects - The Bentway
Elevate urban design initiatives as the Manager of Design Projects at The Bentway in Toronto. This full-time role involves overseeing public realm projects with a hybrid work model.

You will manage a range of design projects, from feasibility studies to capital initiatives, aligning them with The Bentway’s vision. As a key player, you'll collaborate closely with city officials and diverse stakeholders. A solid background of five years in architecture or urban planning is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development at Bentway expansion sites

• Manage budgets for construction and operations

• Draft essential documents for design procurement

• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to design standards and sustainability

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in architecture, urban planning or design

• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary projects

• Collaboration experience with municipal agencies and communities

• Interest in urban design best practices and sustainability

• Familiarity with CAD and BIM is beneficial
