Position: Toronto Senior Design Manager Role
Lead impactful design initiatives as a Senior Design Manager at CHANEL’s Toronto office. This full-time role requires strong project management and design expertise across multiple luxury sectors.

You will be responsible for managing the complete design process, ensuring compliance with CHANEL’s brand standards throughout Canada. Your work will involve financial responsibilities including budgeting and reporting, alongside frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams. A background with a decade of design experience is essential, alongside proficiency in specialized design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of design and construction project management

• Ensure quality compliance on site inspections

• Coordinate operational and design requirements with teams

• Maintain financial oversight of budget and projects

• Select, negotiate, and manage contractors for projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of retail design experience

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up

• Strong understanding of construction sites and processes

• PMP or LEED certification preferred
