Your role includes mentoring junior staff, coordinating with other teams, and offering design solutions for complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce technical design and contract documents
• Validate designs with senior team members
• Provide technical solutions for construction
• Coordinate with production teams and sub-consultants
• Mentor less experienced technical staff
Requirements:
• Degree in architectural technology from an accredited college
• 5+ years in an architectural consulting firm
• Proficiency in REVIT software
• Knowledge of energy and sustainability standards
• Understanding of BIM principles and workflows
