As a key member of Clio's Product Design team, you will design scalable, AI-powered products tailored for legal professionals. This position is foundational in creating a cohesive design vision that meets diverse customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design for AI-driven solutions
• Establish design language and patterns for products
• Drive collaboration through facilitation and decision-making
• Mentor designers to elevate overall design standards
• Shape platform vision through cross-team interaction
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Product Design, B2B SaaS preferred
• Experience designing AI products with user insight
• Proven record of shipping high-quality user experiences
• Strong business acumen tied to design strategies
• Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design
