Position: Senior Interior Designer Full-Time Hybrid

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will manage planning services to align with client needs while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. This role involves collaboration with internal staff, clients, and external consultants to execute space and occupancy planning. Your expertise will guide junior designers, ensuring high-quality project delivery and effective solutions for complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform needs analysis and programming for design

• Create CAD layouts and renderings for projects

• Develop project specifications and cost estimates

• Support the preparation of RFP bid documents

• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design

• Experience with AutoCAD and CAFM software

• Knowledge of LEED standards and building codes

• Strong client service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple design projects effectively
