Your role is crucial in guiding new customers through their first 120 days, creating meaningful onboarding experiences that prevent churn. By designing tailored activation paths and in-product guidance, you will help users maximize their investments in Clio’s offerings. This position includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent onboarding experience across various products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design onboarding experiences that drive user success
• Map customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints
• Prototype and test in-product guidance tools
• Work with Product teams to define activation metrics
• Develop internal tools for onboarding specialists
Requirements:
• 5+ years of SaaS product design experience
• Experience in B2B onboarding and retention design
• Familiarity with user research and data-driven design
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with design software like Figma
