User Experience Product Designer

Position: User Experience Product Designer Role
Shape exceptional user experiences at Geotab as a Product Designer, focusing on design systems and interactions within vital applications. Your creativity and technical ability will drive the design process forward.

This role requires a collaborative leader to guide the user-centered design process, including extensive user research and iterative design. You will work closely with teams across Geotab to translate conceptual ideas into functional prototypes and ensure consistent user experiences. Organizing design documentation is also part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research and application interaction design

• Develop detailed wireframes and prototypes for testing

• Partner with teams to transform ideas into designs

• Map user flows and ensure AODA compliance

• Document design processes and maintain departmental Wiki

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of product design experience required

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, In Vision

• Strong knowledge of web application design principles

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Relevant degree in design or engineering preferred
