Position: BGIS Senior Interior Designer Role
Join BGIS as a Senior Interior Designer in a full-time hybrid capacity, where your creative vision meets client-centered design solutions. Drive delivery of comprehensive space planning strategies tailored to client needs.

In this pivotal role, you will undertake interior design activities focused on optimizing space utilization, while balancing cost, timelines, and environmental considerations. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you'll spearhead design concepts that adhere to industry standards and project goals. Your leadership will also support junior designers throughout the design process, fostering development and excellence in design delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct work process analysis for interior spaces

• Oversee contractor management during projects

• Render design options using CAD software

• Develop detailed documentation and specifications

• Monitor project timelines and vendor performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and CAFM

• Solid understanding of construction and design standards

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in facilities planning and project management
