Join NORR as a BIM Coordinator and enhance project delivery in a creative architecture and engineering environment. Ensure models are accurate and aligned to support multidisciplinary teams.
As a key member of the project team, you will manage model quality and resolve coordination issues. Your expertise will help maintain standards and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders while guiding staff in applying effective BIM workflows for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and coordinate BIM models across projects
• Conduct audits to ensure model health and organization
• Support clash detection and resolution of coordination issues
• Lead BIM collaboration meetings with project teams
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering Technology
• 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
