Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior, intermediate, and senior planning staff

• Lead projects with minimal Principal oversight

• Build trust-based client relationships and provide strategic advice

• Assist with proposals and represent WW+P in industry events

Requirements:

• Degree in Planning or equivalent

• At least 11 years of related experience

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Extensive public engagement experience
