Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer
- Intermediate to design and deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping complex digital services from concept through production, ensuring solutions are user-focused, evidence-based, and aligned with business and technology objectives.

This role requires expertise in user experience design, information architecture, interaction design, user research, prototyping, accessibility, and modern design tools, including AI-assisted design practices.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Strictly Required)
  • Experience Designing Complex Digital Services
    • Proven experience leading the design of complex digital services from concept through production.
    • Ability to translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into effective digital experiences.
    • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • User Experience & Interaction Design Expertise
    • Expert knowledge of:
      Information Architecture, Interaction Design, User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies, UX principles and best practices.
    • Strong understanding of designing intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Figma & Axure Experience
    • Hands-on experience using:
      Figma, Axure.
    • Ability to create and maintain design artifacts, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Design Deliverables & Prototyping
    • Demonstrated experience creating:
      User Flows, Wireframes, Mock-ups, Clickable/Interactive Prototypes, Presentations, Design Reports.
    • Ability to communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
  • User Research & Usability Testing
    • Experience conducting:
      User Research, Usability Testing, Discovery Activities, Design Validation Sessions.
    • Ability to gather, analyze, and apply research findings to improve user experiences.
  • Accessibility-First Design
    • Experience designing online services that are accessible by default.
    • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and usability best practices.
    • Ability to create experiences that meet accessibility and compliance requirements.
  • Design & Collaboration Tools
    • Proficiency with:
      Design and prototyping software, Digital collaboration platforms, Web conferencing tools.
    • Experience working effectively in Agile and remote team environments.
  • AI-Assisted UX Design
    • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to support UX/UI design activities, including:
      Generating wireframes, Accelerating design exploration, Analyzing user behavior, Improving design efficiency and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX design activities for digital products and services.
  • Create user-centered designs informed by research and usability findings.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Design accessible and inclusive digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, researchers, and stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality design deliverables and presentations.
  • Utilize AI and modern design tools to enhance design outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

$55.00-$65.00 per hour
