Integrated Architecture & Engineering Lead

Stantec is looking for an Architecture & Engineering professional in Northern Canada. Lead sustainable design projects and collaborate with clients, requiring relocation to Yellowknife, Whitehorse, or Iqaluit.

This key contributor will manage large-scale projects while innovating and mentoring teams within the design and building sectors. Candidates should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a solid understanding of northern construction, and a proactive approach to tasks. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring project success through effective planning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage various tasks for complex projects

• Engage in new project interviews and proposals

• Direct the project life cycle from start to finish

• Report progress and manage client communications

• Mentor assistant Project Managers and lead teams

Requirements:

• Qualified degree in Architecture with 5+ years of experience

• Ability to obtain Canadian Architect registration

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

• Travel willingness to small communities quarterly

• Additional credentials like LEED AP preferred
