Position: GTA Senior Architectural Technologist Role
Elevate architectural design in the Greater Toronto Area as a Senior Architectural Technologist with over 10 years of experience. Contribute to world-class projects including transportation facilities and sports venues.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with senior architects, ensuring compliance with building codes while overseeing technical designs. Your responsibilities also include mentoring junior staff and coordinating with sub-consultants to develop innovative, engaging spaces across the GTA. You will play a key part in shaping the region’s architectural excellence through quality design work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical design and contract documents

• Validate designs with teams for code compliance

• Provide innovative solutions for assemblies

• Coordinate effectively with internal production teams

• Assist with contract administration and conduct site visits

Requirements:

• Degree in architectural technology from an accredited institution

• More than 10 years of architectural consulting experience

• Extensive knowledge of building systems and products

• Proficient in REvit software

• Solid understanding of BIM principles and sustainability
