Position: BIM Coordinator for Major Infrastructure
Become a key player in a significant infrastructure project as a BIM Coordinator. Support digital delivery by implementing BIM processes through the design and construction phases.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, coupled with experience on large-scale construction projects. You will develop the BIM Execution Plan, ensure compliance with standards, and manage information workflows. Excellent communication skills are essential for working with diverse design teams and adhering to project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM Execution Plan and protocols during design phase

• Ensure design information complies with BIM, CAD, and GIS standards

• Oversee communication with Design Consultants

• Coordinate BIM deliverables among design partners

• Perform quality checks on 3D models from subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on large projects

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
