Our client is seeking a skilled Bilingual Planning Officer to support facility strategic planning. This role requires fluency in French and advanced English, along with a degree in urban planning or a related field. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience with GIS and AutoCAD while handling urban development projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic facility planning, including property acquisition

• Conduct demographic trend analyses and feasibility studies

• Design and update urban planning maps and plans

• Maintain databases and produce visual data for recommendations

• Collaborate with municipalities and internal departments

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and advanced English

• Degree in urban planning or related field

• 4+ years of experience in urban planning or property management

• Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, and Excel

• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
