Drive innovation in pharmacy technology as a User Experience Designer at Asepha in Toronto. Shape the user interaction of AI-powered products that enhance medication prescribing and support processes. Asepha seeks a UX Designer to lead design initiatives in creating intuitive interfaces for AI-driven workflows.
With over four years of UX design experience, you will own end-to-end design, from research and journey mapping to high‑fidelity specs. Your expertise in collaborating with engineers and understanding AI functionalities will be crucial in delivering shippable experiences that meet user needs.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end design process from research to high‑fidelity specs
- Create intuitive interfaces for AI-native workflows
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into design decisions
- Maintain a design system for consistency across products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve clinical problems
- 4+ years of product/UX design experience in AI
- Demonstrated portfolio of shipped AI-powered products
- Proficiency in UX/UI principles and real-world applications
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
