This role involves ensuring compliance with architectural standards and contributes to environmental preservation and restoration within the practice. The position is based on site at 2610 Weston Road, North York, ON.

English – required.

2610 Weston Road, North York, ON M9N 2B1 – On-site.

Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week).

$55,000 to $75,000 per year (to be negotiated).

Education:

Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

5 years or more working in this field.

• Experience in architectural standards and compliance.
• Knowledge of green building practices.
• Valid certifications as required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
