Position: Hybrid BIM Technician Role

This hands-on contract position focuses on the translation of drawings and scans into coordinated BIM models. You'll be tasked with ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper organization in every project. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models reflective of existing conditions

• Convert various media into precise Revit models

• Conduct quality checks for modeling standards adherence

• Manage project data organization and naming conventions

• Support incorporating feedback and markups from stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• 0-2 years of relevant BIM experience

• Effective time management and prioritization skills

• Knowledge of asset tagging and Revit parameters
