We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to collaborate with our team in Toronto or Washington, DC. With over 3 years of design experience, your role will encompass user research, system design, and prototyping. You will work closely with product managers and software engineers to create experiences that enhance the Charge Lab platform, ensuring that every user finds value in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept through implementation

• Create elegant systems that streamline user interactions

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs

• Partner with product managers to clarify design requirements

• Measure design effectiveness through user feedback

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on design experience

• Portfolio highlighting UI and UX excellence

• Proficient in building for Android, iOS, and web

• Track record of shipping outstanding experiences

• Ability to communicate ideas visually and in writing
