This role is critical for the Fintech team at Clio, dedicated to transforming financial management for law firms. Open to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US, this position requires some in-office work in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto. Use your experience to craft high-quality user experiences, ensuring that your designs resonate deeply with professionals in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to execute design strategies based on research

• Engage directly with customers to align design with their needs

• Oversee design from initial concepts to final execution

• Elevate design quality across the product ecosystem

• Contribute to the overall design system for improved consistency

Requirements:

• 6+ years in digital product design, preferably in B2B SaaS

• Strong capabilities in interaction and visual design

• Experience in AI tools and technology

• Proven ability to enhance product metrics through design

• Solid communication and collaboration skills
