Luxury Architecture Project Lead

In this full-time, on-site position, you will manage all aspects of project delivery from initial concepts to construction. Your expertise in architectural design and documentation will be key in maintaining the highest standards of quality while coordinating with diverse teams. You'll oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, playing a critical role in successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of projects from concept to completion

• Supervise project schedules and team workload

• Anticipate and resolve design challenges efficiently

• Ensure high-quality technical coordination and drawing standards

• Build relationships with clients through accountability and communication

Requirements:

• Background in architecture with a focus on hospitality

• Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Rhino

• Familiarity with building codes and sustainable practices

• Strong skills in project planning and risk management

• Degree in Architecture and eligibility for licensure
