Position: Principal Product Designer for AI Experience
Elevate design at Lightspeed as a Principal Product Designer focused on AI experiences in retail. Lead innovative design solutions while enhancing collaboration across teams.

This senior individual-contributor role reports directly to the Head of Design for Retail 'll shape interactions for agentic AI, leading end-to-end design while elevating the craft standards across the retail design organization. Your hands-on work will reimagine core merchant experiences and influence product strategies, making a significant impact on user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define interaction patterns for agentic AI experiences

• Lead end-to-end design with AI engineering collaboration

• Raise craft standards and contribute across product areas

• Explore and prototype ambitious core merchant experiences

• Shape mobile strategy with design thinking support

Requirements:

• 12+ years of product design experience

• Portfolio showcasing exceptional UX and visual design

• Proven success in leading ambiguous initiatives

• Fluency with AI tools and LLMs

• Strong storytelling and influencing skills
