We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who excels in managing design processes from concept to construction. This role requires strong technical and client-facing skills, with a passion for refined, user-centered environments. You will mentor junior designers and ensure quality standards are met across all phases of design development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead space planning, material selection, and design narratives

• Deliver impactful client presentations and visual storytelling

• Oversee production of detailed design documentation

• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams

• Conduct site visits to maintain design integrity during construction

Requirements:

• CIDA-accredited degree or diploma in Interior Design

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality and multi-family sectors

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite

• Knowledge of Canadian building codes and accessibility standards

• Strong collaborative communication skills
