B+H Architects is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to enhance its Healthcare team in Toronto. You will manage construction details and mentor junior staff while ensuring project quality. Collaborating with senior leaders, your contributions will help advance our award-winning practice in creating sustainable and innovative built environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and develop technical design solutions

• Supervise technical drawing preparation and construction administration

• Ensure documentation aligns with QA/QC standards

• Mentor junior architects and delegate tasks effectively

• Maintain collaboration with the Project Leadership Team

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of architecture experience

• Experience with healthcare projects preferred

• Registered Architect with OAA is a plus

• Background in P3 project procurement beneficial

• Strong skills in REVIT and Microsoft Suite required
