Architectural Technologist

Position: Architectural Technologist Role at ZO1 Architects

We are seeking an individual with at least five years of experience in architectural design, particularly in high-rise sectors. You will engage with a wide spectrum of work, supporting non-profit organizations and private clients while working on project phases from design development to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project design from site approval to construction

• Generate accurate construction documentation for projects

• Liaise with consultants and clients effectively

• Produce drawing sets for zoning and building permits

• Participate in construction administration and provide feedback

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant architecture experience

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• Strong knowledge of Revit and building materials

• Familiar with Ontario Building Code and design guidelines

• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
