Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine architectural designs and documents

• Research materials and perform thorough code analysis

• Conduct site surveys and evaluate conditions

• Manage communications on permit documentation

• Collaborate with contractors and consultants effectively

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of relevant project work experience

• Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD

• Familiarity with building systems and codes

• Completed relevant post-secondary education
