In this senior role, you’ll lead all phases of transit facility projects, delivering on scope, schedule, and quality. As a pivotal member of Parsons’ Rail & Transit business, you’ll help expand the practice while ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead phases of transit facility projects from concept to construction

• Act as Architectural Lead for complex facility designs

• Ensure designs meet operational and safety requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops

• Manage quality standards and digital delivery practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field

• 20+ years in transit/transportation facility design

• Proven leadership in complex project coordination

• Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes

• Experience with alternative delivery models
