Architectural Designer

Position: Architectural Designer with ZO1 Architects
Join ZO1 Architects as an Intermediate Intern Architect Designer and contribute to innovative residential and commercial projects. Utilize your Revit skills and design expertise to enhance community-focused initiatives.

ZO1 Architects is looking for an Intermediate candidate with at least four years of experience in architectural design. You will engage in diverse projects, from affordable housing to mixed-use developments, collaborating closely with clients and community organizations. Proficiency in Revit and effective communication skills will be vital for success in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute designs using Revit and sketches

• Conduct facade studies and large-scale urban design

• Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code standards

• Assist in project management and multi-task effectively

• Communicate with clients and team members on design progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in architecture

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design

• Experience in Revit; knowledge of additional software a plus

• Strong understanding of building materials and techniques

• OAA Intern certification or intent is necessary
