Lead architectural innovations for transportation facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. This architect role focuses on producing design solutions and collaborative project management.
As part of Architecture
49, you will bring over seven years of experience to the table, managing a team dedicated to high-quality design outcomes. Your skills in BIM, REVIT, and AutoCAD will be essential as you perform reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards while engaging with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design solutions and construction drawings
• Conduct project meetings and team coordination
• Perform quality reviews on architectural models
• Research and integrate materials and technologies
• Communicate effectively with clients for project updates
Requirements:
• Registered architect in Ontario or eligible
• 7+ years of relevant experience in architecture
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and relevant software
• Familiarity with Provincial and National codes
• Willingness to travel to remote locations
