Position: SLA Landscape Architect Role
Join SLA, a globally recognized studio, as a Licensed Landscape Architect in Toronto. Play a vital role in leading urban design initiatives during our exciting Canadian expansion.

In this foundational role, you will work directly with experienced leaders within SLA’s Toronto office, collaborating with teams from Copenhagen and beyond. Your responsibilities will include guiding transformative urban projects focused on ecological performance, climate adaptation, and sustainable design. Your expertise will help establish SLA’s culture and design philosophy while contributing to city-shaping initiatives across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases, including design and construction

• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Contribute to the company’s strategic expansion efforts

• Mentor junior designers and enhance team skills

• Design landscape projects integrating ecological principles

Requirements:

• Degree in landscape architecture or related field

• Licensed Landscape Architect with 5+ years of experience

• Established understanding of Canadian urban planning

• Experience with large-scale deliverables

• Ability to prioritize travel for client engagements
