Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare layouts and technical drawings for commercial projects

• Develop creative space planning solutions tailored to client needs

• Create drawings using AutoCAD and Configura CET

• Generate quotations with specification software

• Coordinate with various teams throughout project execution

Requirements:

• 4+ years in commercial furniture specification or related fields

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Configura CET

• Experience with specification software like CAP/2020

• Knowledge of Sketch Up and V-Ray is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills
