As a part of the Disaster and Climate Resilience Solutions Team, you’ll report to the Climate Adaptation Solutions Director for Canada. Your leadership will focus on delivering strategic climate adaptation solutions while supporting business development efforts across the organization. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to address complex climate risk and develop effective responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives that propel climate adaptation business growth

• Direct technical teams through project phases and deliverables

• Conduct comprehensive climate risk assessments for clients

• Cultivate connections within the climate adaptation community

• Contribute to thought leadership and industry practices

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline, P.Eng. preferred

• Minimum 12 years of environmental consulting experience

• Strong managerial skills in project execution and client relations

• Deep knowledge of climate policies and funding mechanisms

• Effective communicator with a history of public representation
