Product Designer FSRA

Position: Product Designer Role with FSRA
Elevate user experiences as a Product Designer at FSRA, focusing on intuitive and regulatory-compliant design solutions. This role is key in supporting the modernization strategy for financial services.

In this role, you will work collaboratively to create user-centered designs that impact consumer safety and fairness in financial services. The Product Designer will engage with various stakeholders to transform complex requirements into clear design prototypes and user flows. Your insight will drive improvements in user experience while ensuring compliance with FSRA’s regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business needs

• Collaborate with product owners and developers for successful design implementation

• Map business flows within Dynamics 365 and Power Apps

• Lead design reviews, facilitating constructive feedback and enhancements

• Maintain FSRA's design documentation and standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar

• 5+ years in product design or UX/UI roles

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and similar platforms

• Proven experience with complex workflows and design standards

• Strong portfolio highlighting user interactions and digital design
