Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate 3D models from design packs

• Integrate multi-discipline models for alignment

• Maintain project models throughout life cycles

• Perform clash detection and generate reports

• Coordinate vendor equipment data and review sessions

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in drafting, design technology, or engineering

• 10-15 years in 3D modeling or BIM coordination

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D and Navisworks

• Familiarity with ISO standards advantageous
