At ZO1 Architects, we are seeking an Intermediate Intern with a minimum of four years of experience in architecture. This position involves working on a variety of community-centered projects, including residential and commercial, and requires a strong understanding of both design and regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with clients and learn innovative construction methods, including modular techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform concepts into viable project designs using Revit

• Lead facade and urban design initiatives

• Analyze and apply Ontario Building Code requirements

• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively

• Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders and the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience required

• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture or related discipline

• Must have advanced skills in Revit and MS Office

• Familiarity with construction methods and building materials

• Required OAA Intern certification or eligibility
