Senior Designer

Deslaurier Custom Cabinets is expanding into the Greater Toronto Area, and we’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to lead this exciting next chapter. As the first designer in our Burlington showroom, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the market, delivering an exceptional client experience, and helping shape the foundation for future growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a 45-year-old, Canadian owned manufacturer with an established reputation for quality and craftsmanship while taking on a leadership role in a new market. Your expertise, professionalism, and client relationships will help define how Deslaurier is represented in the GTA and influence the team we build in the years ahead.

Your own client portfolio — grown from referrals, showroom traffic, and your own hustle

Kitchen, cabinetry, and residential millwork layouts in 2020 Design that are as functional as they are beautiful

Site measurements and field conditions

3–5 years in design and consultative sales, with a portfolio and a track record of closing

2+ years in 2020 Design, and real command of kitchen cabinetry and residential design

Demonstrated ability to build client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

An Interior Design diploma/degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s licence and vehicle, and authorization to work in Canada
